Ice Hockey

Boys Hockey got off to an early lead in the first period over the Barnstable Red Raiders.  After leading 3-0 going into the second period, the Raiders grabbed a life-line in the second.  Entering the third period up 3-1, the Raiders once again found the back of the net and momentum started to shift.  With just under 6 minutes to play, the Raiders tied it at 3, but the Wildcats answered quickly and grabbed the eventual game-winning goal with 5 minutes left on the clock.  They start off the season in great fashion and can enjoy a week’s rest before hosting Newton North on Saturday, 12/17 @ 6:00pm.

Girls Hockey were also in the goals as they tied Herget division foe, Wellesley.  A young and energetic Milton squad battled the Raiders to a 3-3 tie to start off their season. They have no time to rest as they play visitor to Ursuline Academy tomorrow night (12/12) at 7:00pm.
